Terms of Use

Last updated 9 October 2026.

1. The service

UniLead is a web application for managing student recruitment enquiries. Access is provided to institutions under a separate service agreement and to individual users through accounts issued or approved by their institution.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password and two-factor credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. Accounts may be suspended for misuse.

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access other institutions' data, probe or disrupt the service, or share prospective students' data outside your institution's policies.

4. Data

Academic and personal data entered by an institution remain the institution's property. UniLead processes it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Notice.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change; the running version is shown in every page footer and in the Super Admin version history.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, UniLead is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Questions about an enquiry should go to the institution concerned; questions about the service, to your UniLead account manager.
